Genoa

DETAILS
Bit Classic, bit Art Deco, certainly exclusive. The entrance of this early '900 palace immediately presents its connotations to those who enter. The apartment is structured in about 400 sqm of which 300 sqm used as a home and 100 sqm terrace with sea view.
The Company is commissioned for a Design and furniture production service. The Customer requires an exclusive design, quality and contemporary taste that can respect the style and baroque building. In a continuous comparison between the parties, Santo Passaia offers first of all a relationship centered on a "Customer Centricy" approach, with the aim of solving the needs of the Client while maximizing its satisfaction to create a solid and lasting relationship.

The dining room

Ancient and modern, man and nature, black and white in a handful of square meters: there is an incredible balance, that is the result of the mastery of Italian design. No detail is prevailing on another and each element is combined in a really harmonious way. Clear references to classical art donate refinement to the interiors and underline the strong bond – both of the palace and of the owners – with history

The office

A view on the Ligurian Sea and a classy room. Inside this exclusive office the meeting between classic and modern is absolutely not a dichotomy: on the contrary, the two styles are perfectly merged and one makes the other shine, without crushing. The black paneling receives light from the wide windows and completes the room without burdening the atmosphere.

The living room

The big black furniture and the majestic purple sofa with matching armchairs reminds about a single adjective: dramatic! (we don’t mean to bother actors who have a controversial relationship with violet colour!). A boiserie with graceful friezes and wallpaper with pale tones deliberately create a discreet scene, because the main characters must be the single pieces of furniture.

Master bedroom

This bedroom is a king’s and queen’s bedchamber enjoying a beautiful natural lighting. The wonderful canopy bed, enhanced by precious draperies and made sophisticated by majestic columns, carvings and impeccable finishes, communicates with the rest of the room

Master bathroom

This master bathroom is a combination between an ancient space and modern, technological accessories; it is an intimate setting and an oasis for a absolute wellbeing, well concealed in a boiserie with secret opening. It is a perfect place to rest, regenerate and pamper oneself, but also to stop the course of time and let be embraced by a healing atmosphere: “taking care of oneself” is the leading philosophy.

Master dressing

To look at this dressing room is a pleasure for the eyes. The feeling is that the meticulous analysis of each of its centimeters, aimed at making it beautiful, functional and balanced, was a successful challenge. No element is conflicting. The room is chic, with refined golden touches that don’t burden the whole but give it a measuredly sophisticated character
